Qualifications
Chimombe attended Nemakonde High School and later earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Lesotho. He further pursued a Master’s degree specializing in Women’s Law at the University of Zimbabwe, showcasing his commitment to legal education.
Career as a Politician
Mike Chimombe previously served as the indigenisation and empowerment secretary of the Zanu PF national youth league, highlighting his active involvement in politics.
Career as a Lawyer

Arrest for violating Covid-19 Regulations
In September 2021, Mike Chimombe was arrested for violating Covid-19 regulations after hosting a house party with approximately 300 attendees. The event, named “Boss Myk All Black Party,” lasted until the early hours of the morning and resulted in legal consequences for Chimombe and two others involved in planning the gathering.
