Levels Appears In Court Charged With Assault
Music producer Tafadzwa Rogers Kadzime who is popularly known as Levels appeared in court on Thursday on allegations of assault.
Levels of the Chillspot Recording label pleaded not guilty to the offence when he appeared before Harare magistrate Simon Kandiero.
The matter was rolled over to December 8 for judgment.
A local tabloid reports that the complainant in the matter is Freedom Simbarashe Boka.
It is the State’s case that on January 30, this year, Boka was given US$900 by Levels to purchase some car spare parts from South Africa.
It is alleged that on February 14, Levels went to Boka’s house and demanded his money back because he was no longer interested in the parts he had bought.

Further allegations are that Levels turned violent and assaulted Boka with fists on his head prompting him to file a police report at Rhodesville Police Station.
Levels was then arrested. Lyn Gwarisa appeared for the State.
