Leo Magozz is a talented Afro-Beat musician hailing from Zimbabwe. His 2022 hit song “Fire Emojis” gained significant recognition, which received immense love from fans, spawning numerous remixes that also achieved great success. In addition to his hit, Leo Magozz has released five singles and a seven-track EP.
His journey to becoming a hitmaker was filled with sacrifices and struggles. Leo Magozz dedicated himself to perfecting his craft, often staying up late at night. Despite facing challenges, including disapproval from his family to pursue his career, he persevered and continued to follow his passion.

Prior to the success of “Fire Emojis,” Leo Magozz released several tracks that didn’t perform well due to poor marketing and release timing. However, he is now delighted by the recognition he’s receiving in the music industry. He has shared the stage with various artists and aspires to become one of the greatest artists in Africa.
On September 23, 2022, Leo Magozz released his Extended Play (EP) titled “Drill Lives Matter,” consisting of seven projects, including an intro. The EP features collaborations with artists like P9Nde, Holy 10, and Bling4. “Drill Lives Matter” marks Leo Magozz’s second EP, following the release of “Behind Hearts” in 2021.
Notably, Leo Magozz has also put his creative spin on the classic song “Furuwa” by Tairos Tendaupenyu, adding a modern touch while paying tribute to legends like Oliver Mtukudzi, Simon Chimbetu, and John Chibadura.
