  • Serving as the Executive Director of the National Gallery of Zimbabwe from 2004 until January 30, 2020.
  • Establishing the Education and Public Programmes Department at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe in 1981, where she served as the Education Officer until 1988.
  • Curating exhibitions at prestigious events such as the Pavilion of Zimbabwe at the Venice Biennale and numerous exhibitions within the National Gallery of Zimbabwe.
  • Founding and directing Mutupo, a private gallery, from 1996 to 2001.
  • Acting as a Lecturer at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe’s BAT Studios, Harare Polytechnic, and the University of Zimbabwe.
  • Serving as an Art Consultant to esteemed organizations including the National Gallery of Zimbabwe, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and HiVOS.
